Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing to secretariat@hugo-hgm2024.org and will be subject to a € 150,00 administrative fee.
Substitutes are welcome.
More than four weeks’ notice prior to the congress – 50% refund
Between two and four weeks’ notice prior to the congress – 25% refund
Less than two weeks’ notice prior to the congress – no refund
Liability
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and Done Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
All registrations are in Italian euros.
Payment via credit card on the online registration website is the preferred method of payment.
Online payments can be made with either Visa, MasterCard or AMEX Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted.
A tax invoice will be sent to the participant once will be registered the payment.
