Dear Participant, Done S.r.l. hereby informs you that it will process your business contact information (name, surname, gender, specialty, residential address, email, landline phone, mobile phone, affiliation, invoice header, fiscal code/VAT number, credit card) solely for the following purpose:

1. to manage attendance in the event known as "Human Genome Meeting 2024." Data collection for the stated purpose is necessary and constitutes an essential requirement without which it would not be possible to allow access and participation in said event.

The data will be processed only by authorized personnel and will be deleted 30 days after the end of the event. The collection of data for the purpose specified in point a) is necessary and constitutes an essential requirement in the absence of which it would not be possible to allow access and participation in the event.

Where provided for, data subjects may request access to their personal data and the rectification or deletion thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or object our processing (Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation No. 679/2016) by writing to done@pecservice.it.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an email to done@pecservice.it accompanied by a photocopy of your identity document, with the following text: "withdrawal of consent for the processing of all my personal data."

In this case, your personal data will be removed from the records as soon as possible.
