Message from the Organizing Committee

On behalf of the local organizing committee and HUGO, it is our great pleasure to invite you to the Human Genome Meeting 2024 on April 8th to 10th, 2024 in Rome, Italy.

The theme of the HGM2024 “Genomics in Precision Health” reflects the focus on genomics education which will be heavily involved in the scientific contents of the conference. HGM2024 will be a platform to highlight recent progresses in these fascinating new science and technologies. In addition, HGM2024 will bring in educational workshops and sessions for students and early-career scientists, combined with opportunities to present their works.

Rome is one of the most visited cities in the Europe and is well known as the Eternal City, the Roman Empire, the Seven Hills, La Dolce Vita, the Vatican City and Three Coins in the Fountain. We welcome you to experience the city that with its numerous iconic landmarks that are a testament to its rich heritage and with its renowned Italian cuisine.

HGM 2024 will bring together renowned geneticists, clinicians, and doctors along with promising early-career professionals. We will have prominent keynote lectures, scientific sessions addressing recent advances in genomics, and fruitful discussions to promote exchange of data and ideas. Drawing on a truly broad-reaching and international line up of experts, HGM2024 promises to be both a dynamic forum for scientific exchange and a unique opportunity to bring together global expertise all focused on the subject of “Genomics in Precision Health”.
